Season 5 of High School DxD Storyline
The story of High School DxD Season 5 is based on the light novel series by Ichiei Ishibumi, who has written many other popular works such as Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai and The Story of Evil (Aku no Hana). The story follows Issei Hyodo, a perverted teenager who dreams of becoming a Harem King and having his own harem. However, in order for him to succeed in this dream, he must first become stronger by training with various women.

High School DxD Season 5 is a Japanese anime series that was first aired on October 2022. The series has been licensed by Funimation on July 3, 2014, and has 26 episodes. The series follows Issei Hyodo who is reincarnated as a devil by Rias Gremory after he died while trying to show off to his female classmates in their first year of high school. The story depicts how he became Rias’ servant and formed his relationships with other servants as well as how he interacts with devils.
The fourth season ended in March 25th 2019 and there are no official statements regarding the fifth season so far but we can expect an announcement soon since High School DXD Season 4 was announced in September 2018 which means it took only six months for the new season to be announced which means there shouldn’t be any delay for the release date of High School DxD Season 5 either.

- Issei Hyoudou
Issei is a second-year high school student at Kuoh Academy (Kurukuru Akademī) who is popular with the ladies, but in truth he has no interest in them. His childhood friend and love interest Rias Gremory reveals that he has a long-lived Sacred Gear within him called Boosted Gear which increases his power every 10 seconds and can only be used by one person at a time, but was originally sealed for safety reasons. However, through the help of Akeno Himejima, Koneko Tojo, Xenovia Quarta and Yuuto Kiba; they manage to unlock its full potential using their own powers.

Rias is the current ruler of House Gremory as well as heir to its throne after her father was murdered by Serafall Leviathan during the Great War between Devils and Angels (D×D). She puts up a fight against Sona Sitri when she challenges her leadership over Kuoh Academy but loses due to lack of experience which caused her grandfather Lord Gremory’s death despite having more supporters than Sona did at that time because they weren’t used enough yet while those who supported Sona were already trained warriors capable of defeating even powerful opponents such as Michael himself so they could defeat him easily later on if not allowed access before hand
High School DxD Season 5 Plot
The plot for High School DxD season 5 picks up from where it left off with the fight between Issei and [REDACTED]. The fight was so intense that it damaged the school building, but fortunately no one was hurt. After their victory against [REDACTED], Issei’s team went back to Kuoh Academy and celebrated their success at their clubroom.
However, there were two unexpected guests waiting for them when they arrived: Azazel and Sona Sitri! Azazel had been banished from Heaven because he tried to stop his own sister [REDACTED] from becoming a god; while on Earth, he decided to live in solitude in Japan until Issei came along and convinced him otherwise. Sona also came by because she wanted to know more about Rias’ problem with her father Zeoticus Gremory.
